After you Reach Railwaystation or Airport, There you might see a hussle of Drivers and Dalals (Agents) ,where there is a chance of you being duped and for that reason you must Book taxi prior to your arrival.

After 3 to 3.5 hrs of travel ,You will reach Darjeeling at your stay. 
Now its time to decide  for your sight seeing.For that also you can ask us to prepare itinerary beforehand so that you can have a planned route and timings.

3 points ,7 points , All points , Mirik route ,Lamahatta route , Rockgarden route .

a. 3 points : Tiger hill + Batasia + Ghoom Monastry

b. Another 3 points can be Rockgarden + Gangamaya +Orange Valley Tea garden 
As of now ,the road to RG is damaged heavily and Small cabs cannot ply , Therefore I recommend tourist to take Bigger cabs like SUMO or Not Visit the place at all.

c.  7 points (Mix points) : Pricing Vary from 2500-3500. Points are - Ghoom Monastry ,Japanese temple ,Batasia Loop ,Zoo , HMI ,Museum ,Peace Pagoda ,
